Cool Whip & Cake Mix COOKIES:
Yield: 24 cookies
 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor desired) 
 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (not the size shown in my picture) 
 1 egg 
1. Mix all ingredients. (It's messy, like taffy.) 
2. Drop by spoonfuls in confectioner's sugar ("powdered sugar")
3. Roll into balls. 
4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. 
5. Cool on pan a few minutes before removing.

They are interesting and messy to make, but they are awesome & soft cookies!
