& Perfectly Easy
Banana Nut Bread
(and I'm pretty sure you're going to want to lick the bowl.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9" X 5" bread loaf pan.
Blend the following with a standing mixer (or hand blender) on Low 1"
then on Medium until smooth.
2 1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Regular Granulated White Sugar
1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
3T Vegetable Oil
1T & 1t. Baking Powder (4 teaspoons)
1/3 C Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 t. vanilla
Blend until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally.
Add 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts and hand STIR well.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 1 hour (until a toothpick, inserted into the center, comes out clean).
Let it cool slightly (still warm) before cutting.
