Chicken Romano

  2. I suggest leaving most of the chicken exposed, without too much sauce on top, so that it remains crispy. Use more cheese than what I showed (Mozzarella, Romano, & real shredded Parmesan), and bake it with the basil on it.

    The outside had a nice crunch; the inside was tender & juicy!
