  2. I've heard from so many of you who have made the cannoli. Thank you for watching the video, trying the recipe, and for your wonderful comments! <3 One woman asked for the PRINTED ingredients, so they are as follows.

    Cannoli SHELLS:
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tablespoons regular (white) sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    Cannoli molds (metal tubes for shaping & frying)
    1 beaten egg (for sealing the cannoli dough on the tube) At the beginning of the video, I say to use two eggs, but only one is necessary.
    Vegetable oil (for frying)

    Cannoli FILLING

    2 lbs. ricotta cheese (drained over cheesecloth)
    2 c. powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
    1 Tablespoon Amaretto
    10 maraschino cherries, finely chopped, & squeezed dry
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips (to fold in after the above is refrigerated)

    To decorate the ends:

    maraschino cherries (halved)
    pistachios chopped

    Optional:
    dark chocolate sauce to drizzle over right before serving
    powdered sugar, sifted
