ITALIANO NIGHT
(Part 2)
~Risotto~


This Risotto is INCREDIBLY AWESOME!!!!!

It has Butter, White Wine, Parmesan Cheese & Asparagus
(which you could substitute for chicken, mushrooms, or anything that you love), 
and it is topped with Shrimp
(Sauteed in White Wine, Butter, Basil, and Oregano)!  

Meraviglioso!!
This is a "Must-Do!"

I try to make a strawberry cake using just a cake mix and a 7-Up.
(INTERESTING)

I make an AWESOME Fresh Strawberry Buttercream Frosting!
(You HAVE to make this...
for cakes, cupcakes, bagels, pancakes, waffles...)

While making the FRESH STRAWBERRY FROSTING in this video, I refer to the POWDERED SUGAR (Confectioner's sugar) as "flour" a couple of times.

This is the recipe:

FRESH STRAWBERRY BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

16 T. Butter
4 c. Sifted Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 c Pureed Fresh Strawberries 

Refrigerate overnight in a piping bag (pastry bag) or covered glass bowl for a firmer consistency.
