Recipe/Tutorial

I pressed my ice cream into a square "dessert ring," and then froze it overnight.
(You can purchase different shapes at kitchen stores, or online.)

You could also slice a square out of the carton.
Square ice cream cartons OBVIOUSLY make it easier. lol

I used the same square "dessert ring," and pressed it into the brownie pan
to cut 2 brownies.
(However, you could just cut your brownies & match your ice cream slice.)

Definitely make homemade whipped cream; it's so simple.
Beat 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream with 3T sugar.
It will only take 1 to 2 minutes,
especially if you chill your bowl and beaters while you're setting everything out.

Cut the end off of a Wilton Decorating Bag
(or the corner of a sandwich bag).
Insert a Wilton Star Tip,
and push halfway through the hole.
Fill the bag with the
WHIPPED CREAM
and twist the top of the bag.

Place the ice cream on top of one of the brownies.
Top with an even layer of strawberries.

Add a chocolate swirl.

I love this sauce because it's rich and thicker than other chocolate sauces.
(I used this same chocolate sauce, in my Cannoli YouTube video, when I plated them.)

Top with the second brownie.
Pipe on the whipped cream, and add strawberries.

Alternatively, you could "write" each person's initial with the chocolate.

Serve
QUICKLY!
